1. UK SHIPPING & FEES

We believe heavy armor shouldn't come with hidden costs. All domestic orders within the United Kingdom qualify for 100% FREE SHIPPING. There is no minimum spend required.

2. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES

• We aim to process, print, and dispatch all orders within 3 working days from the date of purchase.
• Please note that during peak collection drops or high-volume periods, custom production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we craft your gear to our exact standards.

3. DELIVERY METHOD (TRACKED & SIGNED FOR)

To guarantee your order arrives safely and securely, we do not use standard, untracked post. Every single package leaving our facility is sent via a Tracked and Signed For service.

• All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. Our standard delivery service does require a signature as all deliveries are tracked.
• This secure method ensures that your premium heavyweight apparel is fully tracked from our hands to yours, eliminating the risk of lost or misdelivered packages.

4. REGIONAL EXCEPTIONS & TIMESCALES

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of areas. Please allow up to seven working days for deliveries to the following destinations:

• Scottish Highlands and Islands
• Northern Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Isles of Scilly

5. TRACKING YOUR COMPONENT

As soon as your order is custom-made and handed over to the courier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor the delivery status.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (COMING SOON)

Currently, we are exclusively locked into the domestic market, supplying the UK underground. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up to our dispatch network to be the first to know when we open international distribution lines.

7. MISSED DELIVERIES & DEPOT COLLECTIONS

Packages that will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Since all deliveries require a signature, if you are not available to receive the package, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect it within the courier's holding period, you may be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.
